This place... . The only sad thing is we found it in our last night on Hydra. The atmosphere and music was beautiful and relaxing. The food was amazing! There was only one dish we didnt like out of the 11 dishes we ordered and that was personal taste not quality. The lovely lady who served us grew up with the owner on Hydra. What angel a doesn't like about Giasemi:
From the comments I expected something more. The raw materials are good. Eggplants with red sauce, etc., the special thing. Saganaki shrimps 4 Shrimps for 17 euros and taste ok.
