I went to this restaurant based on the comments in Tripadvisor. The base of a good pizza is the dough. Clearly this chef thinks the pizza must be a Olive oil soaked crusty base. There is absolutely no dough to taste only crust. Then the...toppings, how on earth in a country where you can find fresh ingredients do you need to use canned tomatoes?
