I had visited le Gambaro several times under the old management and looked forward to returning under the new regime. There are good points, the new décor is pleasant, the location is wonderful and staff very welcoming. Le Gambaro from Hyères delivers fine, good digestible Mediterranean cuisine with its typical dishes, look forward to the typical scrumptious French cuisine. Also, they serve you delicious seafood dishes, In addition, the delectable desserts of the local shine not only in the eyes of the little guests.

"Well, the biggest problem was waiting. Order made at 7:40 pm, planned delivered at 8:25 pm and arrived at... 9:30 pm. Of course, the Uber Eats delivery estimate was obviously too optimistic, however after the first call, the order should not exceed 21h. It was a real big problem (especially when something is planned! , it is the problem of the restaurant to get in line with Uber eats otherwise, don’t go through them anymore! With regard to the meal, the pizza dough is good, after nothing exceptional, the cheese calzone was very fat and the foods were really very heavy or not fresh... for the price one can expect a little better. Fries are correct without more. Positive point may be, it’s pretty copious. Try to be really good on your deliveries, and the quality of your products. I specify, it is only my experience, I still think that this restaurant is quite appreciated, and that it must be correct in general."
