We weren’t staying at the hotel but wanted to go somewhere special for the last night of our Honeymoon before returning to Sydney. What an amazing experience! Food and service were fantastic. Loved the Shrimp Ceviche with coconut milk, chia and green apple in particular. They had a live acoustic set which gave the venue a beautiful ambiance. I love this restaurant in my favorite group of hotels, Belmond. W keep coming back every time we are in the Cancun area. The setting is perfect, it feels like the time has stopped. Really wonderful. Very good chef an nice food. Truly enjoyable.
