the caffeine is higher, but also fair! eating, drinks, service and space are top! in addition, a large selection of vegan food, even a completely vegan menu for brunch / lunch! we are back in any case! View all feedback.
What 1Ben D (1 1 year ago on Google doesn't like about Passion Santa Eulalia:
Completely understaffed, and waiting ridiculous amount of time for simple requests. Poorly managed. When paying passion prices which match that of decent restaurants you expect a higher quality service and attention than what I’ve seen on numerous occasions View all feedback.

We enjoyed our eating over there and we were happy to see how many vegan options had their menu! the waitress was also very polite and smiling: after a very bad experience on the same morning, at a vegan place in the center of the island (we were delighted with the waitress/owners).
Disappointing We had a great experience at Passion San Jose. That’s why we wanted to visit Passion again. But unfortunately this location was far from the same quality. Small portion high prices
The food? AMAZING The service and friendliness of staff? GREAT The location? STUNNING If you’re gonna go there, I personally recommend the “Think Pink” smoothie. For breakfast I usually get the “Posh Breakfast” which is so delicious and for lunch I tend to order the “Mighty Burger and Fries” which is so full of different vegetables that I can’t fit the burger into my mouth to bite it
I had high hopes for Passion Santa Eulalia, and in many ways, it delivered. The service was attentive and the food, delicious. However, the owner's policy of a strict adherence to the menu significantly marred my experience. I was surprised to find that even a simple request for egg whites was denied, something I've never encountered elsewhere. Regrettably, I had to find another place to dine. While the quality of both the food and service is commendable, this rigid approach to the menu might explain the restaurant's low ranking. Flexibility is a vital part of hospitality, and I hope Passion Santa Eulalia reconsiders this policy to truly excel in the dining experience. Until then, I remain hesitant to return.
