thai noir was a good discovery. book easily, friendly and smiling staff. small but cozy place. I liked the kitchen and I feel like recommending it. What truth99 doesn't like about Thai Noir:
The good....Prawn crackers were decent, service friendly enough. Starters of chicken skewers in satay were ok but nothing great. Then.....I opted for the duck curry. The duck was incredibly thinly sliced, yet they still managed to make it tough and utterly tasteless. Not sure how that’s possible with duck.
