the only thing that contains no milk is the tortilla chips.
I had one of the worst experiences ever hereStaff seemed short tempered and like they hated being there.

"Love Rumbi! My favorite dish in Idaho Falls is there Volcano Salmon with Rumbi rice. Mammas tortilla soup is a close second."

"Good food, decent prices and portion sizes. Had the Pad See Ew, it was very good. Ordered a three or of five spice level, not very spicy, definitely getting an five next time. Some places will rock your world with a five and since I hadn't been there I played it safe. Wife got the grilled chicken and egg roll noodle salad, the chicken was delicious. Came with interesting sauces we hadn't had before. A little different than the Thai food I'm used to from other places. For example, the spring rolls were deep fried, not the clear wrapped rolls I'm used to seeing at Thai places, maybe it's just a difference in where I've been going. It was pretty much the same as the egg roll. No peanut chicken or garlic chicken or pork either, those are old favorites. Need to go back and try the pho!"
