"I’m very impressed with their new location. They definitely put in slot of work to make it their own. Very clean, perfect temperature, great seating in the sun or out of the sun. Their staff are very kind and courteous. They aren’t the annoying “what are we having” fake type. The food was great (always has been though). Likely the best biscuits and gravy I have had. We try to come here often and will continue."

"Food was good. Atmosphere was nice. Our waiter was a bit rude throwing the straws at each of us and the little cardboard cup things that you sit your glass on. Either way, besides that man, it was a good time and great food."

"This location is located in the area idaho if ammon. eating was really fast. for a more beautiful restaurant in the contrary I expected it lasted longer, but in all honesty it was a wonderful experience. eating was great and the staff was excellent. some of the tables and sitting were old, but I had a pleasant time. there are vegetarian and gluten-free options. really good fillet mignon."

"This is our first time in Idaho Falls. We got there around 6 on a Saturday night and only had to wait about 10 mins for a table. The bread was good that they first brought out, along with my huckleberry tea. I got the coconut shrimp and it was delicious andI’m pretty picky on my shrimp. Husband got a sirloin and he was pleased with it. My kid devoured his pasta and fries! Theservice speed was good and our server was very attentive and friendly. It is a little pricey but it was worth it! I have nocomplaints! I would definitely recommend this place if you are in town."

"What a great restaurant! We happened to be driving through Idaho Falls, unfamiliar with the area, decided to stop at Jakers for dinner. I'm so glad we did. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and later by an even friendlier server. She was polite and spoke to us with candor about the wait times in the kitchen and what items to try. The rolls and butter she brought out started the meal. The rolls were hot and tasty. The butter served with it had a lovely sweetness that I was unfamiliar with but found delightful. We had steak bites as an appetizer. It came in a dish to spoon out out in crustini that had a bit of garlic butter on them. It was delicious. The steak bites had a great chew to them and weren't rubbery at all. The mushrooms that accompanied them were great as well. With my entree I opted for the lobster bisque. The bisque was hearty and flavorful. It made me wish they had an option to serve the bisque as an entree because I would be tempted to get that. My dinner came shortly after. I indeed the Cowboy Steak, 28 oz of awesome beef along with a tasty loaded potato that was a bit larger than a softball. The value was right on point with what we received, and frankly, could've easily charged more for the great food and wonderful staff. I will return whenever I'm able. Great place!"

"Stopped by for a quick lunch because me and my girlfriend were craving Thai food. Overall solid choice, we got the pad Thai and fried rice both yummy. Our server was very nice and service was quick. Only recommendation is to update decor and atmosphere as the inside seemed a bit run-down. Will be returning."

"Terrible customer service was in the drive-through gave the order and tried to ask if they got it right and the person got testy and said we’re busy we can’t answer questions like that then got to the window and they were all confused and I had to explain that if they had just reviewed what was on the order that wouldn’t be a problem. Bad management there is clearly no one in charge and they had no idea what they were doing."
