"Booked 2 weeks in advance online only at the reception to say that they gave away my room. Very poor service if you book at this distance of a place to say this, I highly recommend one of the other hotels in the city."

"I had the Philly cheese steak. Fries were seasoned perfect. The staff is trying to make this a high end experience and it shows in the food and service. We didn't wait long at all to eat after ordering. Will be back"
