There are a few houses that do tripas, though Zé da Tripa in Costa Nova is the best. Tripa is a kind of American cookie not well cooked with a sweetness inside. My favorite is the one with traditional chocolate. View all feedback.
Very very good! I had the more cooked version (in the picture), and my boyfriend had the less cooked, similar to a thin pancake. Both came stuffed with Nutella
