Menu less than 35 years to 109€ (drinks included). I had a very good time from the fun mouth to the mignardises. Each bite was full of flavor. I loved the merger between Alsace and Japan. We could find classic French dishes with Asian condiments, a very good mix. The only small dish was the half-cooked salmon I found a little too cooked.
