What User doesn't like about Cabalen:
Dont expect that the service and food here is thesame as in Cabalen manila. The food is limited and the cost cut alot. The servers are not attentive and always tell you to wait. You have to serve your self when its comes to water coz no one will ask or give you any drinks. The supervisor was really accommodating but the servers are no where to be found. read more.

The large variety of coffee and tea specialties makes a visit to Cabalen even more worthwhile.
