Wir sind regelmäßig im Raum Ilsenburg zum Wandern unterwegs und haben es bisher nie geschafft, die Plessenburg "links" liegen zu lassen. Obwohl die angebotenen Gerichte recht simpel erscheinen, sind sie doch in der Qualität immer wieder erfreulich. man merkt einfach, dass hier noch mit Liebe und Verstand einfache Küche zubereitet wird. Wir kommen seit Jahren wegen der Wildsülze zur "Plesse". Diesmal waren wir enttäuscht. Die "Bratkartoffeln" waren grobe Kartoffelscheiben ohne jeden Geschmack u. teilweise verbrannt. Die Sülze hatte nichts mit der vergangener Jahre zu tun, ebenso der Salat. Einzig die Remoulade war sehr gut gelungen. Preis/Leistung ???????Der Außenbereich verschönert sich von Jahr zu Jahr.
