"Fantastic experience in this newly renovated restaurant/hotel. The staff is very friendly and goes too long to explain the origin of the dishes. Special dietary needs were treated with enthusiasm (vegetaric/pescatal). We took the 5 course menu with wine package and non-alcoholic drinks. Both were a unique experience and accompanied the different courses perfectly. The snowball desert and the Lollipop deserve a Michelin star for their originality. A must try. The quantity and quality of food is very good. The restaurant itself has a stand of art bar, a full view of the snowy Forrest and if you are lucky to experience aurora borealis, they will dim the lights. There is always room for improvement, so a few small points would make this experience perfect; the trout was slightly overcooked, but still very tasty. Finns like their dishes quite dry, but a bit more accompanying sauces would probably satisfy the southern palate. The wine map is very unique and international, so maybe a few local options and at least a few French wines would be great. Overal it was a great experience and we definitely come back"
