Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, And Casino

I dissatisfied the service provided by your employees. Very bad service. I will never stay at your resort again. You need to train your employees to be professionals or you will lose your customers like you lost me. Employees were very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend your resort to my friends and family.

The Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort was amazing. The private beach was awesome, and so was the pool. We will definitely be returning next summer. Great place for a couples trip or a family trip. Clean rooms and staff was great as well.

The Hyatt is located across from the lake and is walking distance to beach activities and two restaurants that they sponsor. The Nest is casual dining and excellent. Their fine dining restaurant is also there but we prefer the Nest. The rooms are nice but dated. The hotel gets a major renovation in 2024. The staff is really nice and professional. I highly recommend the hotel and excellent location!

Location was great. Nice pool area, outdoor fire pit area and beach views. Front desk, check in, communication, shuttle and ongoing service less than expected. Long wait time and required asking multiple staff for assistance.

Pleasantly surprised after not being here for 45 years. What stood out the most to me was the food at the breakfast buffet and the top quality, excellent dinner at The Eagles Nest restaurant. One of the top meals I have had. Ribeye excellent, Chilean Sea Bass excellent, Salmon excellent. All cooked to perfection. My compliments to the chef's and their management.
