I understand that you have to adapt....but for pasta it's always 10/12 minutes of cooking....and above all it can't swim in the sauce...tomato bruschettas have seasoned tomatoes and not sauce spread and a mountain of cheese...I'm sorry but I found very little in Italian....and the worst thing is that I've been giving it chances for years...I haven't succeeded..
