"Good food. But super pricey and they seem to always be out of stuff. Also don't think that the steaks we got were the correct size and when we mentioned it to waitress she just shrugged at us and walked away. Everything we asked her she just said I don't know and we barely saw her. Not impressed."

"This restaurant closed permanently on June 29th, 2019. We enjoyed coming here occasionally. We're sad it closed, because Independence has few regular American food restaurants."

"Bless the young ladies heart. She must have been new because everything was a bit crazy. Also, the chicken wrap was not listed on the board that I could see but was available upon request. The glass on the door was so gross, It about made me cancel my order and drive away. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch"

"We got to the Dickey's Barbecue 8:15 P.M. Yes, they were clearly cleaning up; however, they said they were open until 9 P.M. when we called but stopped serving at 8:45. There was seven of us. Wow, the scour looks and treatment was not right! NOT ONE SMILE and a couple of us left over $20 in tips, just to get a pleasant smile. We had international guest with us! I was so disappointed. Then the chicken was so dry, I asked if I could exchange it because the brisket was great. After the waa-waa whine... I said don't worry about it. We had scooted the tables together for our group and then moved them back before we left. We were out of there 9:04 PM. I hate being negative, but we will not be back!"
