Cathay Express - Independence

Based on the average review of 4.4, the Cathay Express is definitely worth a visit.

One of independence Missouri's best Asian restraints tho it's no longer truly Asian operated.. that doesn't matter really just something I do notice like eating Mexican restaurant and no Mexican originals working there after a generation or so tells you either the recipes have changed or are holding strong enough that they mad the cut View all feedback.

This has nothing to do with the food, the food is amazing. But the two Indian girls up there are absolutely awful. Out of the 3 years my wife and I have been eating there we have never had an issue.
