What Crystal dubeau doesn't like about Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews:
The food wasn't great, they got our orders wrong and our broccoli was raw except for the top, which was burned. Our server only came by to check on us once about 20 minutes after we got our food, she was very nice though. Overall not a great experience and we won't return, we'll go to a different Red Robin. Add a donatos original pepperoni pizza and was just delicious Ashley our server was just wonderful.
Order wasn't made correctly. Please be mindful of making orders correctly.
Take-out order wasn't ready and couldn't leave my handicapped person in a hot car to wait. Asked to cancel since the order was not even started, they had to get the manager and then they didn't credit the tip that was on my credit card. I didn't notice till I took care of my person. How nice they kept a tip for doing NOTHING. Never going there again.
Whole they are good, they are not what they are charging good.
I've always had great experiences here. Servers are always great and my food has always been exactly what I order and tastes great.
