An amazing experience! Having been treated poorly at Cafe Verona we hastily made a call to Vivilore. Mary got us in and was the perfect host and our wonderful server Megan was delightful.The food was excellent and when some people were being very loud in the bar, Mary gave us a complimentary desert.All in all a 10 star evening. Staff was eating in service areas, sitting down and sharing personalmlide grief. It's not the kind of place or price point I would expect such sloppy service. The restrooms and doors have need for adjustments and are difficult to open and I would not recommend for those with navigational issues with mobility aids you couldn't get any doors open.The menus were dirty and there was dirty glassware and plates on a tables...
