This is where we purchased our fresh lobster to cook in our RV with our friends at Peggy's Cove. They were staying at a hotel in Halifax and we were staying at a Harvest Host site not far from Peggy's Cove. Just moved here and so far have only go here for our lobster , oysters and any other seafood...never disappointed great variety and prices !

"A great local cafe with lots of British stock including jaffa cakes, mince pies and bread sauce! If you like and are missing British food in Nova Scotia it's a great place to visit. They have a few tables so you can sit and eat. The service is very warm and welcoming. There is always a buzz about the place whenever I went in here. I would recommend trying their home made soups and sausage rolls. And you can't go wrong with a traditional British fry up breakfast with tea, which was cooked to perfection and something I had been missing since being in Canada."

"Not good. Food is all the fast variety put in a fast heater. No actual restaurant fare, but the coffee is pretty good. More of a cyclist hangout on rails to trails."
