"Absolutely amazing. Food was top notch, service was just as equal. We came over while on a business trip to Orlando, and while I griped about the road trip, The Tides was worth the trip 10x over. Can't believe how amazing the service and equally as good as the food. We had the scallops and calamari as an appetizer. The calamari was good, but the scallops were amazing and I'm from the New England area. Paired with a sweet tomato sauce and polenta, they were some of the best I've ever had. The salad was amazing with excellent goat cheese. Then the ahi tuna was awesome with the butter sauce and perfectly cooked carrots. My colleague had the pork chop which was excellent, too. We then had dessert and lattes. I'd give this place and the service 10 stars. I travel for work in sales and get to try a lot of places with customers. This place is one of the best I've experienced coast to coast in over 8 years. Don't question this place, just do it."

"Very rude with customer service. Stood at the front desk for 5 minutes without acknowledgment.Once acknowledged, I was told it’ll be a few minutes.I stated well it’s been 5 minutes already.I was instructed to go get food elsewhere.The food is ok but I’ll never return due to the disrespect."

"The atmosphere is fantastic. Beautiful waterfront dining. Angelica, our server was excellent. She was responsive and personable. The calamari was excellent. Our mains were good but ala carte salmon and ribeye. The sides were underwhelming. Brussels were overly charred. Creamed spinach wasn’t steak house creamy with cheese wheel as server described. We saw a Space X launch from our seats on the patio. Very cool!"

"The patio is a delight to sit on. ambiance is romantic from the sound of waves in the background, lights wrapped around trees and a fire pit close by. the team members were attentive and kind. the food was very tasty. it is a little pricey yet it is a delightful treat every now and again."

"This is possibly the best Italian food I have ever had. Large menu with a ton of options, everything our party got was fresh and authentic. This is a place where you can sense the love that is put into each dish. This will definitely be on the list for repeat visits when we are in Vero."

"I had the chicken and waffles with a side of bacon and home fries. Coffee and water to drink. It was very tasty. Great service and was seated right when I arrived even though they appeared busy. They also had these little miniature banana nut muffins that they gave out as a complimentary appetizer. Would definitely go back!"

"I was taken here for my birthday and loved it. It was extremely busy, but we were seated right away. It took about an hour before we received our food, but it was expected as it’s peak season and wasn’t a problem. The restaurant was decked out in Halloween decorations, which is actually the main reason why my family took me here. I really enjoyed it. The atmosphere and location of the restaurant in general. You are literally sitting right on the water. Our food was delicious and probably some of the most tender scallops I’ve ever had. And the staff was very friendly and attentive. I will be back for the Christmas display. I highly recommend this restaurant and making reservations in advance."
