We set up for pick up since it was so cold inside. The chick at the front took my order and didn’t explain anything. She asked for my number so I assumed (terrible thing to do) they would call/text to let me know it’s ready. I was not given an estimate time either. So we sat on the benches waiting. And waiting. Came inside to check and the chick said it’s ready as if it’s been ready for some time. She shrugged it off like it was my fault for not being on top of it. I told her I was waiting for a phone call or text to let me know. She said ‘we don’t do that’. Why do you ask for my number then?! Pizza was of course cold by the time we ate it. This experience was complete opposite of my prior experience dining in. I would hate for this place to lose ratings because the front staff can’t do their job right.
