Attended a beer dinner. Beer was good, food was midwest mediocre at best. 5 courses, 4 included meat or fish or some kind. Presentation and plating of food was great, but flavor was classic example of trying too hard and overseasoning in the process. Excellent service. Great food! The menu surprised me and was better than I expected. Nice outdoor atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Blown away. We went for a seafood class and as beginner grillers learned so much about how to purchase, prepare, and grill various kinds of seafood including salmon, mussels, squid, and scallops. And the best part?! We enjoyed them while drinking beer and wine. We were lucky enough to learn from Chef JJ himself. Highly recommend for all interested and learning a thing (or a dozen) about cooking on a Big Green Egg!
This place was so fun. Came with a group and did a fun cookoff. We had chef Lee and he was awesome. Fun competition, not your average corporate dinner out. 5 star. Try it out.
