What Kim likes about Papa Roux:
This is a small new restaurant featuring a good sampling of Cajun cuisine. They normally have great etoufee, jambalaya, red beans rice, and of course gumbo. I think the menu does go through changes but these are the basics. We in Indiana are limited on good traditional Cajun food and this restaurant is serving what you will find down by the bayou!
