Ruby’s Cafe - Indianapolis

The food and service are wonderful! It was my first time visiting and upon entering, I was greeted pleasantly by two gentlemen who answered any questions I had about the dishes. What A Smith doesn't like about Ruby’s Cafe:
I'm very saddened and disappointed with how much this restaurant has declined under the new ownership. I used to come here every Thursday since the previous owner opened but the quality of the food has gone down immensely. I ordered via DoorDash today and included instructions.
