We went to The Capital Grille for my Boyfriends birthday with some friends and sat in the lounge with Chris and Rachel. They were amazing! You would think sitting in the lounge, it would be “Bar” service, however, Rachel and Chris treated us to a wonderful evening with our friends. While my waiter fawned over a party of four (I was dining alone), the steak I had ordered medium rare was cooked to a barely edible medium well/well done. I took one bite and complained to the hostess, who looked into the situation and told me I would not have to pay for the meal. I left and dined elsewhere. read more.
