Always love to go here and see what is available behind the counter. The staff is always so nice and helpful. We order a somewhat large order a few times a year for work events and Vanilla Bean has failed us NIE!! Heavy work and care personnel. The cupcakes are always beautiful and delicious. While the customer service was great the cupcakes and truffles were nothing but disappointing, they lack flavor. I ordered lemon, vanilla and oreo and they all pretty much taste the same nasty and lacking sugar and moisture.
