I love open restaurants and if it is one at the roof top, then it goes straight to my list of must eats. The best thing about the place is that not only it has a lovely ambiance and view, the food here is also great. We were here on our last night in the city and it was like the perfect way to wrap it up. We had ordered Chinese, which according to the waiter, was their specialty. Indeed, it was delicious.
