Most unhappy. Booked on line on 9/7/2023 for a 1.30 pm table on 12/7/2023. Arrived at 1.25 pm to be told that the kitchen was closing! They had a booking, the restaurant was busy. I feel it was appalling customer service (or none service). We has specifically driven from Colmar for lunch. They should not accept bookings if they cannot honour them. Totally unacceptable.
