Great service and excellent food. The staff are always friendly and polite. Even when it is busy they try to be as quick as possible and will apologize if there is a delay. I'm a regular customer and highly recommend this place! View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Dairy Queen Ingersoll:
I will absolutely not be returning to this location. First, visit our blizzards were melty and not flipped upside down as is protocol at most DQ's. Next, the inside does not look clean. Finally, the last time we attempted to visit the drive-thru was at a standstill for well over 10 minutes! After wasting gas and time we decided to go to McDonald's. Very disappointing experience. "I was very disturbed when i walked into 10 buck pizza on bell Street in Ingersoll seeing that the owner who was preparing the food had no Mask on and his wife had hers half down .when I asked why the man who's was cooking the food was not wearing a mask she right away got very rude and slammed the debit machine on the counter and asked me if we were going to have a problem here I responded with why are you being so rude to me .I'm a paying customer and would like to know why the man/owner is not wearing his mask while preparing everyones food.he replied with that's my wife so I don't have to wear 1..so I left and when i was half way across the parking lot the wife came outside and threatened me saying we have your phone number lol I don't know what that was supposed mean but totally unprofessional.I feel bad for the ppl who order take out and don't see that the ppl making the food are not wearing masks and if there not followingthat simple rule then are they sanitizing.?? Then as I was trying to leave he stated that he doesn't breath on the food he holds his breath. Wow just wow ? ? I know none of us want to wear the masks I get it and if that's ur choice to not wear one fine but when ur choice can effect someone else's health that's absolutely not acceptable."
