What Justice Rodriguez doesn't like about Bavarian Bierstube:
This is a small, family-run restaurant with very friendly service. The exterior of the building has many spider webs, but inside it is cozy and rustic. The fish and chips were quite good, which is saying a lot for a restaurant with a Spanish name serving Spanish/German cuisine. My husband, son, and I ordered soup, fish and chips, and a quesadilla. Unfortunately, only the fish and chips were enjoyable. The soup seemed... View all feedback. What Brad Rowe likes about Bavarian Bierstube:
I've been here many times and the German food has always been excellent. I would recommend the mixed plate. It has a little bit of everything. Definitely the best German food of any restaurant that I've ever eaten in. View all feedback.

read moreWhile the name may be misleading, the food at this restaurant is far from Mexican. Dishes were described as awful and lacking in authenticity. The restaurant went through various incarnations, including Bavarian fare that was subpar and a failed attempt at becoming a Mexican establishment. However, the German food is consistently praised as excellent, with recommendations for dishes like schnitzel and cabbage rolls. Despite a rustic interior and spider webs outside, the service is friendly and the fish and chips are a standout. Overall, the restaurant seems to have found its niche with German cuisine.
