I made a reservation for this place for one night for the captain's quarters. We had to cancel as my husband ended up getting COVID. I advise the hotel and ask if we were gonna get a refund. And because they were not able to fill the room for that night we did not get a refund.It was hard to correspond by either phone or email with Lani as there was a big delay in getting an answer from her and when she did she said...
