"Loved it here I was very dubious when I entered as its very old fashioned and felt a bit intimidating cause everyone knew each other but we were made to feel welcome and the food was amazing I ordered Sunday dinner and it was perfect there was actually too much meat for me but not for my partner I dont say that often I hope this never changes cause it would lose that old school type pub but I got more for my money here than I would in a restaurant I was so impressed Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Roast Beef and Trimmings Parking space Plenty of parking"

"We came across this little gem today. We stopped in for a light lunch and sat out front. It’s a charming proper country pub. We decided to order 4 starters to share. They came fairly promptly and we were very impressed with the presentation and the flavours were great. Pictures uploaded. We would highly recommend this fabulous establishment and will be returning."

"Not worth going ,I went with my husband for dinner, the menu is limited to say the least ,our waitress was off hand and rather rude . My husband was facing the open kitchen and was able to see the burger I ordered was out of a packet Very disappointing ,It was one of the worst meal I have had in years !"
