"First of all, the staff is phenomenal. They are patient while you are look over the extensive menu, answer your 15 questions with a smile on their face and make your order exactly as you requested! Second, the FOOD! Y'all, the mac cheese is so good. RIBS FALL OFF THE BONE. The best ribs I have ever had. I dream about these ribs. Don't forget your yellow cup! I use my cups ALL the time at home and have washed them over and over and they look brand new still! Support this wonderful, local restaurant that truly supports their local town!"

"Never again! Ordered a mix of bone in and boneless got all boneless. Chicken wasn't sauced evenly, more like some sauce was poured on the pile and if it hit a wing you got lucky, definitely not tossed in the sauces. It was a pick up order."

"I have never felt as welcome and as comfortable at a restaurant as I felt here. My husband and I sat outside and enjoyed the surroundings and piano player. Our Server was amazing and the Owner is genuine. Lovely place to be and just reflect with great atmosphere and ambience. It wasn't busy outside and we weren't rushed at all and we're welcomed with open arms. We will no doubt visit again when we are next in the area. Thank you for a memorable visit Rails!"
