beautiful design and good men. it was nice to see thin crust pizza in the hearts. bbq and vegetarian on an articulated basis. pretty tasty and ingredients were of good quality. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Peppes Pizza:
rude and unfriendly service, even according to Norwegian standards. I ordered a pizza, 10 minutes after completion. they said it would be ready in 10 minutes and had to wait (not too much fun waiting in a crowded restaurant in the middle of a pandemic. when I checked in 10 minutes later, the staff told me that it had not been 10 minutes, and they had no idea when it could happen. Good pizza- but service was poor. Server was hostile and had a big attitude. We phoned for a booking and then was told we could just walk in and then we went to the door and were told we had to book in advance!
We came here one night and one staff member was so mean to us.. he never smiled once at us nor greeted us when coming in. He denied every request we made about our order and also gave us warm drinks instead of cold ones.
We were 11 people who where having a good time, ordered 6 pizza’s and drinks. It took over one hour to get the food, but we where laughing and having fun instead of complaining. Bad choice! They told us we could not get any more alcohol, and they told us to leave. We only had 2 Units each while waiting for the pizza, but since we were laughing and having fun, they told us we were too drunk to get served anymore. They had not given us a heds up, telling us to quiet down or anything. And when we asked for a box to bring the pizza home, they just threw the box on the table next to us, telling us to fix it ourselves. We where shocked! While they were 4 waitors in the bar, splitting our bill and taking payments, there were 12 guests waiting by the entrance to get seated. They told us they had been standing there for 10 minutes, while nobody came for them, and every waitor just stood behind the bar waiting for us to leave. So all off the people waiting in line just left and went to another restaurant. Terrible customer service, they were rude and angry at us. Do NOT eat there!
I bought a MEAT LOVER pizza there on SUNDAY evening and waited 20 minutes for it but somehow they swapped my order with another guy waiting for his pizza. The pizza i received was not deep dish and had veggies on it. Totally disappointed. Was really looking forward to it. Pay attention to who has what order. 32 dollars for BS.
Great staff, friendly service and amazing pizza. They could do with sitting at the tables to see how bad the lighting is, way too bright and in your face. Definitely understaffed when we visited but the staff that were there couldn’t do enough for us. Will be back, especially if they sort out the awful lighting.
