I live locally in Innisfail and awhile back I couldn't find anything good to report about this KFC store but thankfully food and customer service is much improved even though I had to go back and fix up my order as I had ordered hot and spicy and received regular instead. i went there last night and bought my family what i thought would be a good meal. absolute disgrace. took 45 mins to make 3 burgers and chips. and after that it was a dry as a bone. would not recommend this place read more.
