"Was there many times for lunch and dinner and it is constantly good. They have a parking and in summertime there is a nice garden. The menu is traditional with lots of plain fare. All in all a nice restaurant with friendly staff for a reasonable value."

"Ich war vor einigen Wochen mit einigen Freunden zum Abendessen im Nala (Ex-Beretta food passion). Eins vorneweg: Die Qualität der Speisen war ausgezeichnet und auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat sich seit meinem letzten Besuch vor knapp 2 Jahren angenehm verbessert.ABER: Leider hat sich die Qualität der Kellner zeitgleich in Luft aufgelöst! Angefangen hat die Misere damit, dass der junge Kellner das Tableau mit zwei Gläsern Weißwein über einen meiner Freunde verschüttet hat. Als Entschuldigung wurde uns zugesagt, die erste Runde Getränke aufs Haus gehen zu lassen.Weiter ging es dann mit dem zweiten und dem dritten Gang des Abendmenüs. Der erste Gang, ein Glas Prosecco, wurde erst kurz vor der Hauptspeise serviert. Verständlich, dass so etwas mal passieren kann, wenn das Haus voll ist. War es nur nicht. Im ganzen Lokal kamen mit uns 12 Gäste auf 2 Kellner (Beide gleich verweht und definitiv ohne entsprechende Ausbildung!).Schließlich kamen die Hauptspeisen - man konnte zwischen Fisch und Fleisch wählen. 3x Fleisch und die Nudelgerichte der beiden Freunde ohne Menü kamen, die beiden Fischhauptspeisen nicht. Es hatten also nur 5 der 7 Gäste am Tisch einen Teller vor sich. Als ich dann nach ca. 10 Minuten dem Kellner sagte, dass noch etwas fehlen würde, bekam ich nur einen ratlosen Blick als Antwort. Nochmalige Nachfrage - "Ja, die Desserts kommen gleich noch!" (WTF?!?!?) Darauf meine Erklärung, dass die Fischhauptspeisen noch nicht da wären - und als Antwort vollkommene Ahnungslosigkeit, Gestammel ("Das kann nicht sein." "Das ist ein Fehler im System." "Da hat die Kassa etwas falsch gemacht.") und nach ca. nochmals 10 Minuten endlich die Hauptspeisen. Auch die Küche hatte von den Fischhauptspeisen vorher also nichts mitbekommen und anscheinend war es auch nicht weiter hinterfragenswürdig, dass da zwei Hauptspeisen weniger als Vorspeisen und Suppen zu machen waren...Fast forward zum Zahlen: Von der ersten Runde "aufs Haus" war auf der Rechnung keine Rede mehr und der Kellner musste erst nachrechnen, wie viel er mir bei 47 Euro Rechnungssumme auf 100 Euro herausgeben sollte.FAZIT: Wir haben uns den Abend nicht verderben lassen – andere wären wahrscheinlich schon nach den Getränken aufgestanden und gegangen."
