actually wanted to try the whirlpool, on the advice of the service I changed to the freshly dehydrated building. was very successful! only, the supplement would be more. but the duck was crispy, not dry and the sauce was natural and with good resistance. my friends had the whirlpooled and the ochsentafelspitz, both excellent. the tafelspitz was incredibly delicate, the suppe tasty and the supplements excellent.
