Horrendous Customer Service Experience Do Not Visit My partner is celiac and we disclosed to the waitress Anna 3 times about the gluten issue and she let us order a dish with gluten in. We also requested rice which is gluten free but did not receive this. Then had the chef tell us we still had to pay for a dish and would not get another dish free of charge. Since we were at Interlaken we wanted to try some traditional Swiss food. After looking online we decided to try this restaurant and we were not disappointed. We decided to try the Fondue with with potatoes, pickled cucumber and pickled onions with bread, also had the raclette with egg and potatoes and a salad.
