The hotel does not have A/C I am guessing like a lot of other historic and higher end hotels in Switzerland and in Europe. But the hotel is gorgeous, in the perfect spot, has great staff and lot of good amenities included. Worth the money. View all feedback.

Rooms are from 1970 1980’s. Staff is often confused. Maybe under staffed as forms contain misinformation as to reservations. Breakfast is ok but quality is no more than 3 star. Overall this is 3 star hotel with a 5 star location View all feedback.
