"Great view to the alps, interesting interior designed by the (carpenter) owner and by far best coffee in Grindelwald. Pastries where really nice too want to revisit to try the lunch menu looked very good."

"We were in interlaken west so that this restaurant was a little from the beaten away for us; but it was really just a 20 minute walk. the walk on the river was beautiful. the way was well lit so there was no problem going back in the darkness. the restaurant is located on the other side of the river of interlaken out, so they can also take the bus there and go the rest of the way. it was a warm evening, so we decided to eat outside, with a beautiful view of the mountain. I ordered the navratan corma (vegetaric) and my parter ordered the fish cure. I was very impressed by a lot of vegetarian options on the menu, as I don't eat meat, huh or muddle. both dishes were exceptional and the portions were generous. the server was very nice and accommodating. we have asked for medium-sized flavors that are quite sharp after American standards, but not according to Indian standards (my son in the law is Indian, so I have experience with Indian food). the spicy was good for us, but if they are not used to eat Indian food outside the usa, they might think is something too spicy. we would have liked to try the naan, but we were not quite hungry enough, so we chose the Basmati rice. btw, an order of reis is a lot for two people. highly recommended."

"Interlaken can be busy. But if you want a great Swiss meal and really great beers, this is the place. A block off the busy streets up a pedestrian walkway is Husi. I knew it was a great place when I noticed clerks from bike rental shops and outdoor outfitters in for dinner after work. Prices were good, service very good, and very convenient location. I was only in Interlaken one night, but if I had two nights I would go back to Husi."

"Not sure why this is rated as high, it is a 3 out of 5 restsurant at most. Food is okay, wine was served room temperature. No service at all and bad explanations. Took a long time to get service. No tap water, only bottles, which should be a crime espacially in Interlaken. Menu really unclear. Mostly ready to eat dishes, not mich for bbq. Went to some Korean BBQs in Montreal and it was waaaay better and had many individual bbq options, which this one did not"

"We just happened to find this restaurant and were SO pleased. The people were friendly, the service was fast and efficient and the food was excellent! Some of the sauces were different that what we get in CA, but they were very, very good. I highly recommend this restaurant. Keep in mind, they are busy!!"
