"We went here during an week-end and got a bad feeling once we enterred. There is a side walk until you actually get there from the main road But as we actually enterred it looked better. A plus was the playground for kids, but we found out in the end that there was an entrance fee per child. I gave it only one star as we had to wait more than around 2 hours (!!) for our meals (very easy ones: polenta and cheese and a soup). Normally, I would have left after one hour, but the kids were enjoying the playground. The second reason for only one star is that the sourcream for polenta was alterred. So, my recommandation, as per my experience, is to avoid the place."

"Covasna is a health resort and the people eat in their hotels. The better restaurants are in the 4 star hotels that are in the outskirts about 5 km from the center. In Tourist you get freshly made home type food that tastes great. Their soups are very good, the salads from local grown vegetables;. They also serve local fish - trout and carp as well as a variety of Romanian and Hungarian dishes. The portions are generous and the papanash is fresh. The service is efficient and of course the most attractive are the prices. we had a 3 course meal for 3 people and pair around 30 Euro."
