What Kimberly Miller doesn't like about Culver’s:
The last time I went to the one in Ionia, I was shorted an 8 piece chicken strip. This was discovered after I got home. I called them, they said I could come get them (20 minutes away) or I could have them mail me a coupon for the chicken. They took my address and never bothered to mail the coupon.
