"A down to earth pizza place in the middle of downtown Iowa City. Indoor seating. 3 different sizes. I ordered the 10 . More than one person can eat. But I ate it all anyway. Made fresh by a five man crew in the front of the store. Well staffed. Clean. A place to bring the family or go alone, as I did. Priced reasonably. Recommend!"

"Had a wonderful experience here! I loved the ambiance and the waiters are all very pleasant. Now to comment on the food.. My husband had steak and I had halibut. Steak was good and very fatty however feel like it needed more sauce. Halibut was nice texture however there needs to be more sauce on the plate and maybe more citrus in the sauce to keep the dish vibrant. Look im no master chef but im sure you cant go wrong with extra sauce. "

"This lunch has exceeded our expectations and was INCREDIBLE! The selection of drinks on the tap was great and included more than just Big Grove brews. The amount and variety of dishes on the menu was just right. If there are too many offers, we become nervous as it was our experience that a restaurant cannot offer everything and have it all well! We shared the fondueries as an appetizer and everyone had a burger that were all very good. The best part of our experience was the service. Our waiter, Alex, was kind, attentive and helpful. As new, interested customers we were offered a tour through the brewery and even the laboratory after our meal. Chad went beyond and beyond to show us all about her brewing, while we toured the facility, answered all our questions, and made sure that all obstacles for me, as I show a physical disability affecting my mobility. I can't say enough about Big Grove Iowa City except we'll be back!!"
