Sno Biz has the best shaved ice in Eastern Iowa. My kids get so disappointed when we go to any local festivals and they are not there (they won’t even eat any other kind). And the woman who runs is so nice and funny. We ride our bikes to the East Side HyVee all the time to get them. We highly recommend it! View all feedback.
