Today we took a chance and ordered from the Noe-Bixby location of Donato’s Pizza. This is after having read a LOT of horrible reviews about this location specifically. We ordered delivery, it came Door Dash automatically. We ordered through the Donato’s app. I too am a Door Dasher so from experience I added a GOOD TIP. The app forecasted a 5:47pm delivery time. Delivered the wrong food, called and asked for a refund which they said they could do if I returned the food, said I would return the food and then they said no nevermind, literally stole my money and offered me a store credit which I didn't want. Rude managers who hang up on you and lie/scam to get money for their store. Don't order from here. View all feedback.
