What Black Dynasty CFO Brown doesn't like about Modern Southern Table:
A good ole southern boy like myself loves to try people different takes on our southern dishes. They made a good attempt but nothing quite was worth the $42 dollars ?. Fish was fried way too long and had a terrible smell . At this point I have to give up on finding authentic soul food in Columbus,OH. I'm at this point going to open a food truck or Ghost kitchen to show them how we cook in the South read more.

The catering service is also provided by the establishment for its visitors.

Mac cheese is dry, chews like rubber, very dissatisfied for the 4th time. Hoping it would be better the next time. Chicken was good and the okra was good.

"Ordered a chai milk tea and oolong fresh tea. What we received was definitely an earl grey milk tea and the oolong tasted more like barley tea. We didn't realize until we got home. The boba itself was good."

"Smallest dinner portion Ive ever received. Normal rectangular sized plastic Chinese food container, but separated by divider into 1/3 and 2/3 sections. The rice was in the 2/3 section and the "spicy" chicken and veg in the 1/3 section. Order soup or an appetizer or you will go hungry. I dont mind paying 2.25 for a can of cold coke, but what do you think happens whenyou put a cold coke in the same bag as the hot food for 15 mins? Happy House is a much better option nearby. They were closed today and this was so disappointing."

"Best family owned Asian restaurant in Ohio, presently operating with family only so service can be slow, great hospitality and definitely worth the wait. Beef Satay, delicious, bbq ribs are wonderful, well I could just list the entire menu this way...it is just that good. Just recently re-opened after Covid, they were cautious because of their kids. Happy to be able witness such gracious hosts once again."
