Overall a good location but I did have an odd experience. Or rather my wife did. She went in with our bag of pods to recycle and to buy more. They looked up my account by phone and told her to buy the original Nespresso pods. They said that my last order (which was apparently from a long time ago even though we had been in a month and a half ago to order) was for the original; however, we have the virtuo unit.In the... As a first-time store customer, I won't come back. A worker was very rude and snooty. Wasn't aware in an open concept you weren't allowed to touch their merchandise. Didn't appreciate how the rep spoke to me about it. Was ready to drop $100+ but will continue to order online. Perhaps change your store concept and layout if you're not allowed to touch anything.
