Dined here on New Years eve and it was so busy it was only seating reservations this day. They were a little unstaffed but overall the waiters and waitresses were able to get to all customers in a timely manner. The only issue I can think of was that our bread didn't arrive to our table until after our meal, LOL. Our waitress stated the kitchen kept running out of it everytime she went to grab some. What Ken Adams doesn't like about Polaris Fashion Place:
It’s a nice mall BUT, I was surprised that the only Christmas decorations was about 20 Christmas trees around the Santa display and that was it. For a higher end mall I would have thought the mall would have been decked out with lights and decorations! And the escalators by Macys kept stopping and people was walking up and down the escalators. View all feedback.
